Q: "Flying Doggies?"
Some say we're animals… “just dogs.”
But a special few insist we're human souls – even Angels – wrapped in pretty fur. They know us as forgiving… always apologetic. And they refer to us as their loyal friend; that once-in-a-lifetime find.
For us? Well, we're just us!
You'll find us in shiny city towers… chasing cats and squirrels down dusty country roads… curled up by our humans on cold winter days… or sometimes eagerly waiting to find our forever home… with you! We're teacup small and bountiful big. Spotted, dotted and everything in-between.
Wherever we are, we love the simple things... a tossed ball… tummy rubs... tasty, tasty food… and after long days, when headlights round the corner and our forever friends come home to us again!
A few of us are lucky enough to know these things… sometimes more.
And it's there where you’ll find us; tails wagging… heavy breathing… twinkling eyes… and smiles bigger than the moon.

Q: Why purchase from Flying Doggies!?
The founders and Top Dogs at Flying Doggies! have adopted from – and fostered for – local rescue, so we know a little bit about Doggies and Doggie lovers. Through our love for the experience, we decided to pursue a new concept honoring all things Doggie. There's more good things to come!
"We humans" at Flying Doggies cater to finding unique doggie-inspired items, many of which are environmentally responsible and made in the USA. We research and believe in our high quality collection. And we have the support of two awesome Labs – our co-pilots – who test things out (mainly toys and treats) to ensure they meet our expectations for quality, durability and great taste.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
For your protection, secure online ordering with major credit cards is made possible via PayPal. Having a PayPal account will ensure your ordering information is accurately captured and available for your review. However, you do not need to have or set-up a PayPal account in order to checkout!
Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

Q: When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped from Flying Doggies! within 5-7 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that custom items like doggie tags, custom collars and other special-order items may take additional time. No worries! If your order is urgent, just give us a call at 214.821.3458 for personalized, expedited options.
All items in the Flying Doggies! online store were available as of January 1, 2011. Based on demand, some items (particularly those that are handmade) may be discontinued without notice to us. In those rare cases we will happily refund your money or work with you to find alternate items to keep your doggie flying high!
Q: Why is my shipping charge so expensive?
Shipping also includes a handling charge and we ship your packages via USPS Priority Mail (the United States Postal Service). Flying Doggies pays careful attention to estimated vs. actual shipping costs to ensure that we are cost competitive and within reason. When mailing 16 ounces or more (e.g. a bottle of Dr. Shawn's Shampoo), the USPS requires shipping via Priority Mail, which costs ~$8 USD/bottle for delivery in the USA or and little bit more when shipping to Canada (sorry, it's not us!). If your actual shipping and handling charge is $5 USD more or less than estimated, we will request a shipping adjustment from you, or issue a credit to you. Please note there is a $1 processing fee for issuing a credit back to your account.
Q: How do I remove or change items in my shopping cart?
Our site uses "cookies" to keep track of your preferences and orders so please ensure cookies are enabled on your machine. To remove an item from within your shopping cart page, simply check the "Remove" box to the left of the item you'd like removed and click on the "Update Cart" button located on the lower left side of the page. The page should refresh and your item should be removed. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout!
Q: What if I change my mind? What's your return policy?
Any damaged item will be refunded no questions asked! Just return your item within 45 days from date of purchase to our return address enclosed with your order.
To ensure the biggest pile of "kibble" possible goes to our partner rescue groups, please make sure you review your order for accuracy before submitting it. If you have any questions, send us an email at FlyingDoggies@sbcglobal.net before placing your order and we'll gladly do our best to answer them!

In Dallas: Stop by our "Doggie salon within a salon" in Dallas by visiting The Crown Salon, located at the Northwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and Lovers Lane. Here you can sniff-out hand-selected portions of our collection - some items so exclusive they are not on our website. Doggie Spa, Canine Collars, Fresh Veggie Treats and more. Save shipping when you pick-up here at The Crown Salon: 5757 West Lovers Lane, Dallas, Texas 75209. The Crown is closed Sundays and Mondays. Payment methods include cash and Personal Check made payable to "Flying Doggies!" Sniff us out!
Q: Does Flying Doggies! offer home delivery?
We sure do! For those of you ordering our signature Veggie Treats, Flying Doggies! now offers home delivery in Dallas when you order three doggie dozen or more. Not sure if you're in our delivery area? Check out this handy delivery map for a better view. "Rut Roh!" Home delivery is only available for our exclusive treats at this time.
Q: What does "Boomer Tested; Harley Approved" mean?
Boomer and Harley are co-pilot Labradors and the inspirational forces behind Flying Doggies! These two Wonder-Labs, like most large breeds, have high standards during toy time. Boomer graduated top of his canine class with a PhD in Chewing and mandates that all toys pass Flying Doggies! "Lab" Testing. Harley, joined Flying Doggies! in 2005 as Director of QCC (Quality Canine Control) to ensure that the toys passing Boomer's chompers meet rigid guidelines for buoyancy. You can rest assured that when these two Labs have given their paw of approval of a tested toy, that your doggie will fly high during play with these long-lasting products.
